I always try to keep my classroom paperless. I used to keep stacks of "artist planning" papers on my desk but the pile was never ending. So, I switch to Seesaw. I had the students using the Note feature to write artist statements and research ideas. It was pretty boring looking and not much fun for them. I discovered Canva this week. I decided to give it try to help spice up my planning sheets on Seesaw.
At first, I thought I would Canva to design posters for my classroom. I designed one poster and realized that this was the solution to my artist planning papers. I designed this artist planning sheet and uploaded it to Seesaw.
The students will copy and edit, then circle their choices for their plan. So easy!
